COVID-19 recovery: A look at pandemic life in Tampa’s Tempo District

From COVID-19 testing to deliveries of nutritious food boxes, the ENCORE! District has been doing what it can to assist residents throughout the pandemic. ENCORE!, located in downtown Tampa, is developed by Central Park Development Group (CPDG),  public-private partnership between the Tampa Housing Authority and Banc of America Development Corp.
