Historic Pasco ranch sells 332 acres to homebuilder for $16 M

Pulte Homes has bought 332 acres in Pasco County belonging to the long-established DePue cattle ranching family and plans to build more than 700 homes on the property for a community called, Vida’s Way. According to a statement announcing the sale, family member Michael Nutt says developers have been reaching out for years “but we were impressed with the extensive time and effort the Pulte team took to learn about and understand our rich family history.” (Continue reading)
