The state’s newest red-light camera study gives ammunition to people on both sides of the debate.
For those who want to get rid of the controversial devices, the study by the independent Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shows rear-end and angle crashes have increased at intersections monitored by red-light cameras. For critics, that by itself is enough to abolish the cameras.
