Bexley Ranch open house piques interest

LAND O’ LAKES — An open house this week for Newland Communities’ future Bexley Ranch project drew dozens of neighbors, business owners and prospective homebuyers.

The California-based developer recently started building the main entrance road, Bexley Boulevard, at the northeast quadrant of the State Road 54-Suncoast Parkway interchange. Newland Vice President Tom Panaseny said the new community would offer village-style shopping, 13 miles of trails and “front porch living.”
